Who we are
Weddues is operated by Tholira, based in Châteaurenard (France). Data controller: Tholira.
Data we collect
We collect the data you send through the availability request form, the contact form and the venue claim form. This includes name, email, phone, wedding date and format, and free-text messages. We also measure aggregate site usage (with your consent).
Why we collect it
Your data is used to forward inquiries to the venues, reply to you, manage venue claims and improve the service. No advertising use, no resale.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b), legitimate interest in measuring site usage (art. 6.1.f), consent for non-essential cookies (art. 6.1.a).
Sharing with venues
When you send an inquiry, your data is shared with the relevant venue so it can reply. No other sharing with commercial third parties.
Retention
Inquiries are kept while the relationship is active, then archived for three years for record purposes.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
